1. ORDERS
1.1 Do I need to open an account to be able to buy with you?
No, it is not necessary. You can make purchases as a guest every time.

However, opening an account will allow you to place orders without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can start shopping and create your account before checking out on the checkout page.

1.2 How can I create an account?
Click on "Enter/Register" followed by "Create an account" and fill in your personal details.

1.3 How do I place an order?
Buy the items you want and add them to your shopping cart. When you are done, you can proceed to make the payment.

Please check and make sure all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

1.4 I'm having trouble adding items to my shopping cart
You can add items whenever they are available. There could be a case where the item is in someone else's shopping cart, so the status of the items is reflected as "Temporarily unavailable".

1.5 How can I pay for my orders?
We accept payments through all major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express.


1.6 Can I modify and cancel my order?
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. This will allow us to pack your orders efficiently and minimize errors. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

1.7 I have a discount code, how can I use it?
Enter the coupon code in the "Coupon Code" field and click "Add" on your shopping cart page before proceeding to checkout. Please note that we cannot apply the voucher code to your order if you have not entered it during checkout. Please make sure that all the information is correct before confirming your purchase.

1.8 How will I know if my order is confirmed?
After placing your order, you will receive an acknowledgment email to confirm that your orders have been received. However, please note that orders will only be shipped when payment has been approved and the billing and delivery addresses have been verified. Alternatively, you can check the status of your order in "My Account" if you are a registered user.

2. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
2.1 When will my order be processed?
All orders are processed within 2-7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

2.2 How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery time is 7 to 14 days.

2.3 Will I have to pay customs fees for my order?
International orders may incur additional customs fees. This fee is not under our control, and is the decision of your customs agency. Customs policies vary greatly from country to country, so please check with your local authorities to clarify this matter.

2.4 Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your order has been confirmed. Therefore, please make sure you provide the correct shipping address.

2.5 My order should have arrived by now, but I haven't received it yet. What should I do?
Before contacting us, please help us by following these steps:

  1. Check your confirmation email to make sure there are no errors in the shipping address.
  2. Request your order at your local post office.
  3. Ask your neighbors if the carrier has left your package with them.

Tip: Avoid theft. If you won't be home on delivery day, use your work address or wherever you are.

If there is a problem with your shipping address, we may be able to resend the product to you, but you will have to pay the costs.

Tip: Your zip code is a crucial part of your address. Make sure you enter it correctly.

2.6 How can I track my order?
You will receive a link via email when your order ships with the tracking number. If you have any questions about your shipment, please contact us.

2.7 I received the wrong or damaged product. What should I do?
We are sorry if your product has arrived damaged. To resolve this as soon as possible, please send an email to contacto@arteenlapared.com with photos of your damaged product, your order number and any other details you have about the order.

We will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible!

2.8 What is the return policy?
We do not offer returns or exchanges, but if something happens with your order, please contact us.

We only offer refunds to customers who receive the wrong or damaged items. If this is your case, please contact us
